Q: How long have you lived in Austin?
A: I’m originally from Quito, Ecuador, and I’ve proudly called Austin home since 2013.
Q: How did you get into real estate?
A: My real estate journey began when I bought my first home as a single mom — and honestly, I was terrified. It felt like such a big risk, but the moment I opened that front door, I realized something important: I didn’t have to have it all figured out. If one day I didn’t want to live there anymore, I could always turn it into something else.
And that’s exactly what happened. That first home eventually became my first investment property, and not long after, I met my husband. Together we bought another home, poured our hearts (and weekends!) into remodeling it, and after two years, that one became another rental property.
That’s when it all clicked — real estate is truly for everyone. You don’t need a fancy title or a perfect plan to start. Sometimes it just takes one brave decision… and a set of house keys.
In 2022, I decided to make it official and got my real estate license, turning my passion into my career. Now, I help others in my community overcome their fears and take that same exciting step toward homeownership and financial freedom.
Q: What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
A: I love family gatherings, walks with my dog, and dancing.
Q: Favorite spot in Austin?
A: Lima Criolla — great food and similar to what I grew up eating in Ecuador.
Q: What Austin neighborhood are you crushing on?
A: South Austin! You'll find coffee places, food, and bars. I love that the spots are go from day to night, so I can be at the same spot meeting clients and then friends.
Q: If you were on a desert island and could only have a book, podcast, tv or movie to entertain you, which one would you pick?
A: Workin’ Moms on Netflix — they make me laugh so much.
Q: Tell us a bit about your family!
A: I’m a mom of two, a dog lover (three pups who run the house), and a happy wife to my Colombian husband — we actually met at SXSW 2018, one of those only-in-Austin love stories.
