Christine is Factora member and Open House Austin client who purchased with Steph in early 2020 and just completed a sustainable renovation with an all-female tea, to transform her converted garage into a short term rental space that covers her mortgage and cashflows. Celeste is OHA team member and friend who helped finance part of the renovation through a creative partnership.
