We usually bring you our favorite events, happenings, and deals each week but in case you like to plan ahead, here’s our team’s breakdown of everything we love going down in ATX in June…


All month long

The Drop-In: Free outdoor summer music series on the lawn at The Long Center on Thursdays, presented by KUTX. Doors open at 6, music kicks off at 8pm. RSVP required.

Paramount’s Summer Classic Film Series

Catch a nostalgic flick at The Paramount Theatre now through Labor Day!

Music Under the Star: Free outdoor music series under the Bullock Museum star on Fridays, 7-9pm. Bonus! Austin Symphony Orchestra (ASO) hosts Hartman Foundation Concerts in the Park on Sundays at 7:30pm.

Summer Sunrise Yoga: Habitat Retreat brings free outdoor yoga to Zilker on Fridays at 7am, followed by a dip in Barton Springs. RSVP required.

Beginner Two-Step Lessons: Free lessons by Double or Nothing Two- Step for beginners on Tuesdays at Sagebrush, Wednesdays at Donn’s Depot, and Thursdays at Sam’s Point. Tips encouraged!

YTX Summer Sunset Series: Tuesdays at 6:30pm at Republic Square, presented by SweatPals

Paramount’s Summer Classic Series: From Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend, screenings of 100 films from every era in cinema history will be held at the historic 110-year-old Paramount Theatre.
